1. PURPOSE OF THE APP

The Laredo Builders Association Parade of Homes App is designed to provide information about homes featured in the Parade of Homes event, including:

Maps and driving directions

Home and Favorites listings

Voting and feedback features

Event updates and announcements

The App is for informational and engagement purposes only.

2. NO UPLOADS OR PAYMENTS

Users cannot upload any content or post user-generated material through the App.

The App does not support in-app purchases or accept any form of payment.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided in the App — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, maps, and layout — is the property of the Laredo Builders Association or its licensed partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. PERMITTED USE

You may use the App solely for:

Browsing Parade of Homes listings

Accessing home tour information

Submitting votes or surveys (if available)

Viewing event details and builder profiles

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Attempt to modify, hack, reverse engineer, or damage the App or its content.

Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

Interfere with the operation or functionality of the App.
